COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering

The four-year BTech Program in Computer Science and Engineering is designed to provide students an overview of computing, an understanding of the concepts, principles and skills in their application and extension, and practical experience in applied computing. Special emphasis is laid on the fundamental principles underlying computing and on developing an understanding of the engineering considerations involved in computing system design, implementation and usage. The course provides a background in the basic mathematics of computing—logic, sets, relations and grammars. Successfully completing the BTech in Computer Science & Engineering program equips students for a career in software engineering or pursuing a higher degree. A variety of focus areas allow each student to customize their learning to target a wide variety of career options such as:
  1. Research in computer science.
  2. Applying computational techniques to solving problems in other basic and applied science (physics, chemistry, biosciences, electrical engineering, etc.).
  3. Developing scientific and mathematical software.
  4. System software development such as device drivers and operating system.
  5. Commercial software development.
  6. Embedded systems.
  7. Mobile application development.
  8. Industrial process control.
  9. Bioinformatics.
  10. IT and mathematics applications in finance.
  11. IT-assisted education

CIVIL Engineering

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering

Civil engineering involves the exploration, research, planning, analysis, design, construction, and operation of facilities essential to modern life. Civil engineering systems include highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, and aerospace structures, railways, pipelines, dams, irrigation systems, towers, buildings for commerce and industry, water supply and distribution networks, and waste management facilities. The civil engineer is a people-serving professional who is manager of resources as well a technology. The civil engineer plans, designs, constructs and maintains facilities essential to modern life in both the public and private sectors. Consistent with the high aims of the civil engineering profession, this department seeks to ensure its academic program focuses on providing a broad base of ethical knowledge and behavior as well as modern leading edge technology. The department accomplishes its mission through the linkage of the student, faculty, and staff in a special academic community within a quality environment, achieving the intended development of the student through the enriched personal, professional, and educational growth of each individual.

Electronics and Communication Engineering

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering

B.Tech(Electronics and Communication Engineering)- Stands for Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering . Typically, B.Tech(Electronics and Communication Engineering) is a four year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) with subjects such as physics, maths and chemistry. Electronics and Communications system engineering is essentially the study of converting user's requirements for information into economical and low risk technical solutions in terms of subsystems and equipments. The students of Electronics and Communication engineering mainly focus on designing as well as testing of electronic circuits.
Job Prospects
Electronics and Communication Engineering opens up great career prospects for the students. The students after completion of the degree can easily avail job opportunities in manufacturing industries and service organizations such as broadcasting, consulting, data communication, entertainment, research and development; and system support. The candidates can also work in modern multimedia service firms that are involved in real-time transfer of information through video conferencing and internet broadcasting.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which is the application of the principles of electricity to develop machines, devices and systems, has significantly affected the quality of life. Its study continues to be an exciting proposition. Per capita consumption of electricity is still a measure of any country's development. The fast depletion of fossil fuels and degradation of environment has opened the doors for clean and non-conventional energy resources. Further, the ever growing demand for power and the integration of utilities into national grids brings in complexities that today's engineer should be equipped to meet. These are the focal points of this program. The goal of the department is to create engineers of high technical skills in the Electrical & Electronics Engineering field suitable for employment in reputed firms and for higher studies. The department caters to the ever increasing needs of technical brilliance in all areas of electrical and electronics engineering such as integrated Electronics and Circuits, Telecommunications, Control & Automation, Power Systems & Power Electronics

Welcome to Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is a discipline of engineering that applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the production and usage of heat and mechanical power for the design, production, and operation of machines and tools. It is one of the oldest and broadest engineering disciplines. The mechanical engineering department is equipped to meet the present day technological advances and to meet the industrial requirements matching with the global standards. The four year course in mechanical Engineering is designed to give the student the necessary training in access and use of most recent technologies. The department has state of the art laboratories through which practical knowledge necessary for the present day industrial applications is provided.Workshops with latest equipment, computer-aided engineering are provided to help students access latest developments in the field. Here our college provides excellent faculty and lab facilities are there.
